Val Boyarsky serves on the Board of Directors and is Vice President of Technology Research for Library Automation Technology, Inc. He is also responsible for internal Information Systems, HR, Procurement, Contracts, Organizational Structure, and Corporate Strategies

Mr. Boyarsky is the senior technology and business executive with over twenty years of experience that spans over public, private, government and non-profit sectors. He has a broad and extensive knowledge of information and telecommunication technology and a diversified management experience.

Mr. Boyarsky has developed and implemented business information and process improvement systems that optimized operations of global electronics manufacturer, automotive supplier, and major telecommunications equipment vendor. He also designed a state of the art high-speed wireless regional wide area network telecommunication system.

Val’s outstanding proficiency in the wide areas of technology ranges from development and design of internal Management and Executive Information Systems to Wide Area Network systems that span the globe and deliver corporate presence to customer doorsteps, to design and deployment of multi-tier personalized Internet system that make E-Business a reality. Repeatedly Val has proven his ability to get the job done. He has managed large multi-level geographically dispersed teams, had a fiscal responsibility for a multi-million dollar budgets, coordinated large-scale projects, and more than once has brought a structure, focus, and strategic alignment to the fledging IT operations.

Boyarsky has earned two MBA Degrees in Information Technology and Strategic Management from Temple University, Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. He also holds BS Degree in Information Science and Operations Management. Mr. Boyarsky is very active in local and national information technology associations, and is a frequent contributor to Computer World’s IT Executive Circle
