A lifelong NJ resident (Monmouth County), Ronnie Battista is Director of Client Strategy at MISI Company, where he leads strategy and marketing efforts for MISI's User Experience (UX) Group. Prior to MISI Company, Ronnie was Managing Director of Gextech, running US operations for the start-up Spanish gaming company. He was also Vice President of Online Customer Experience for D&B, where he led the Small Business user experience efforts as well as the UI development of D&B's next-generation online interface, D&B interactive (DNBi). Ronnie found his calling to User Experience at Accenture, where he built and led the User Experience Labs at Accenture’s Innovation Center in Murray Hill, NJ. Ronnie has provided strategic UX guidance to over 100 global clients across all industries. Ronnie is President of the NJ Chapter of the Usability Professionals Association (usabilitynj.org). A frequent speaker/writer on user experience and usability, Ronnie is currently teaching a Mini-Masters program in Human Computer Interaction (HCI) at his alma mater, Rutgers University. He holds a BA in Political Science with Honors from Rutgers College and an MA in Public Administration and Public Policy from the University of York (United Kingdom). He is married with 3 children and lives in Tinton Falls, New Jersey.
