About Me:
Joseph DaLuz is a Senior IT executive specialized in IT solutions. He is recognized for leading and implementing enterprise wide solutions that leverage the latest technologies to support mission critical applications and enable company growth. He is experienced in managing multiple business development and technology projects . A skilled team leader of large and geographically dispersed teams, Joseph has the proven ability to develop a vision and lead a team to achieve results. He combines proven management skills with hands-on IT experience which encompass the evaluation, selection and implementation of key components for corporate systems technical architecture including: hardware, software, database design and administration, voice/data communications and applications.
Joseph was the Chief Information Officer for Computer Horizons Corporation. There he was responsible for setting direction and leading innovative technology solutions for this information technology services company. He supported a broad array of vertical markets, including financial services, insurance, healthcare, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing. Joseph held various management and technology positions.
Mr. DaLuz was appointed Chairman of the “CIO Forum” and a member of the Board of Directors for the “New Jersey Technology Council” (NJTC) from 1998 to 2007. He is a member of the “NJ Executive Club” and actively participates in numerous associations such as the “Society for Information Systems”, “Information Systems Security Association”, “Computer Security Institute”, and the “American Society for Quality”. He has a Masters of Business Administration from St. Peter’s College in New Jersey with an emphasis in Management of Information Systems. Joseph holds a B.Sc. in Computer Science and Information Systems from the University of South Africa.
