- Currently, Interim Chief Technology Officer responsible for all IT functions and staff.
Jim brings to our company extensive experience and broad perspective both on the details of Information Technology and on collaboration between IT and business functions. He began his career with 16 years at Rockwell Automation, initially as business analyst and later as Manager of Desktop Services (for a 1,200 employee business unit) and then Manager of Technical Services. In 2001 he joined Penton Media, one of the largest B2B publishers and event companies, as Director of Enterprise Information Technology with responsibility for all IT functions for over 1,000 employees in several locations in the U.S. and U.K. In 2006 he began his own business, Advit LLC, providing IT consulting and coaching services.
