- I am a co-founding and co-managing partner of a new law, designed specifically to serve emerging growth and middle market sector companies in various industries, particularly high technology, information technology, communications, eCommerce, nanotechnology, life sciences, and alternative/clean energy. We are comprised of lawyers who formerly were law firm leaders in some of the nation's largest and most prestigious firms who determined that the traditional law firm model is largely incompatible with the representation of emerging growth and middle market sector enterprises because their delivery models and rate structures are unsustainable for such enterprises. In its place, we offer a compelling price-to-quality ratio and what we believe to be an unsurpassed value proposition. We provide pragmatic lawyering, imbued with a businessperson's sensibilities and a fee structure that is 50 to 60% that of our primary competitors.
